By entering the giveaway contest, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility:

• Participants (students) must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Verification of age may be required.

• The giveaway contest is open to currently enrolled Missouri State University students only.

• Only one entry per person is allowed. Attempts at multiple entries will be detected (M-number validation) and participants who attempt multiple entries will be disqualified.

 

2. How to enter:

• 1) Participants must first navigate to the Fuse Season 2 Podcast Listening Giveaway page on the Fuse website.

• 2) Participants must complete the form on the Fuse Season 2 Podcast Listening Giveaway page by filling out the required identification information (e.g., name, M-number, etc.).

• 3) Within the web page, participants must listen to all eight Fuse Season 2 podcast episodes provided for the contest. The podcasts can also be found on major listening platforms. Participants may skip directly to the questions if they have already listened to the episodes elsewhere.

• 4) Participants will answer provided questions in a short quiz that follows each podcast episode. Answers must be clear, concise, and demonstrate a good understanding of the podcast episode.

• 5) Completing all the above, plus answering all questions correctly, will enter participants into the giveaway contest, making them fully eligible. However, this will not guarantee a prize. Prize winners will be selected at random from the list of eligible contestants.
   

3. Giveaway period:

• The giveaway contest begins on January 22, 2024, and ends on February 20, 2024.

• Late entries will not be considered.

• The beginning date is when entries will be counted for eligibility. The end date is when entries will stop being counted. Entry drawings for potential winners will occur following closure of the entry form. Winners will be announced shortly after.

4. Verification:

• Organizers (Fuse Campaign staff) reserve the right to determine eligibility by verifying entries individually and at will. Winners are determined at random, but only after eligibility is verified.

• Verification includes accuracy of quiz answers and the quality of short answers.

5. Winner selection:

• Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries.

• Drawings will take place after the aforementioned closure of the entry form. Specific drawing dates will be determined as needed.

• Winners will be notified directly, via their provided email address, soon after names have been drawn.

 

6. Prize:

• The prize will be one pair of Apple AirPods (3rd generation, MagSafe) per winner – up to a maximum of 5 winners. The AirPods will be obtained as new, from Apple, via the University Bookstore.

• Missouri State University, nor the Fuse Campaign assume any responsibility for the prize or condition of the prize once it is given to a participant. Upon finding damage, participants must pursue the matter with Apple support.

 

7. Prize pick-up

• Giveaway contest prizes will not be mailed or shipped to winners. By entering the competition, winning students agree to pick up any giveaway contest prizes from the designated Springfield, Missouri campus location.

• Prizes will be held for participants for a reasonable period of time (as determined by giveaway organizers).

 

8. Disqualification:

• Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, ineligible, or fraudulent will be disqualified.

• Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant for violation of these terms.

 

9. Changes to the giveaway contest:

• The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contestif circumstances arise that compromise its fairness or integrity.

 

10. Publicity:

• By entering the giveaway contest, participants agree to allow the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation or notification.

 

11. Privacy:

• Personally identifiable information collected during the giveaway contest will only be used for the purpose of the giveaway contest and promotional content related to the Fuse Campaign and will not be shared with third parties.

 

12. Organizer responsibility

• The organizer is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

• By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless the organizer from all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to the giveaway contest.

 

13. Governing policy

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Missouri and Missouri State University policy.
